I have had constant trouble with the 1Password browser extension. It will often not unlock, or flash repeatedly, like it is trying to work, etc. Today I went into the setting for the extension (right-click on the browser icon, then Settings) - I turned OFF "Show app and website icons" and "Open 1Password to all items" in the Appearance section. Then I toggled the "Integrate with the desktop app" in General off, then on. For the rest of today I have had no issues - even after the update to 26.4. Killing a chicken may have had the same result, but I did not have a chicken around to test this theory on.
