dsh1705 Might be more work but you can do a "test" using the design center. It's basically the same tool as InnerSpace in the gateways. https://design.ui.com
Here is an example of mine for the main floor.
As long as your walls in between the two mesh points are permeable to wifi, you should be set with either. I would personally go with the Pro. Marginally more money and bumps up to am 8dB gain antenna from 4dB to help alleviate any interference by objects other "stuff".
