Firefox on mobile and desktop for everything, Vivaldi when a site breaks (which is super duper rare) because it is indeed Chromium based, and of the Chromium browsers they have good ideals. Mobile Firefox can have extensions like uBlock Origin which is nice, that plus pihole means the web looks pretty clean.
Disclaimer: I'm the type that will accept a worse UX in exchange for privacy and putting money/actions where my mouth is, and I'll put up with a lot more than most folks would. I'm not at all an Apple person, which I think is unusual for this group... Nothing but love though 😊 I appreciate the type of Apple enthusiasts that the hosts are, the appeal of the design being the driver as opposed to the status symbol.
